XPlanung dataset BPL “Booking path”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Buchenweg” of the municipality of Malterdingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planned area is located on the western outskirts of the municipality of Malterdingen (see also overview plan, Annex 7).

开发计划（Development Plan，缩写BPL）包含了规范城市规划秩序的各项具有法定约束力的规定。原则上，开发计划须以土地利用计划为编制依据。本次可用数据集为马尔丁根（Malterdingen）市镇采用XPlanung 5.0标准编制的《Buchenweg》开发计划。说明：规划区域位于马尔丁根市镇的西部近郊，详见总平面图（附件7）。
