Sequencing of developing seeds of Arabidopsis AIL6 OE line, mutant of ail6-1 and wild-type Col-0

The study on the role of AIL6 in lipid metabolism and seed dormancy. The full-length of AIL6 cDNA was driven by a seed specific promoter phaseolin and the construct was transformed into Col-0 and the AIL6 OE 32 line was obtained. The mutant of ail6-1 is a T-DNA insertion mutant, and the SALK number is SALK_127417. The project is RNA-seq data in 9-10 days after flowering seeds of AIL6 OE line 32, mutant of ail6-1 and wild-type Col-0.
