Resequencing was used to explore the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and small insertions/deletions (indels) with high confidence in the lysine auxotrophic strain and arginine auxotrophic strain. Three ancestral ysine auxotrophic strain or arginine auxotrophic strain colonies used for sequencing were single colonies obtained after CRISPR-Cas 9 modification.
