Turnouts and election results of the 2009 local elections

The local elections in Italy are the electoral procedures consisting of the five-year call to the citizens’ polls to vote for the renewal of municipal councils and, since 1993, for the simultaneous election of the mayor. The dataset contains data relating to the 2009 municipal elections, including attendance, list votes, votes for the mayoral candidate.
