Transcriptional profile of PPP2R1A haploinsufficiency NEX+ neuron (PRJCA028856)

Three weeks after AAV-Ef1a-DIO-EGFP injection into the mPFC of NEX-het-cKO or NEX-Cre (control) mice, coronal slices were prepared using a vibratome. And intact EGFP+ neuron were sorted using BD FacsAria III machine. Total RNA of EGFP+ neuron was extracted using an Arcturus PioPure RNA Isolation lit. RNA was captured by removal of rRNA, followed by fragmentation and reverse transcription. cDNA was ligated to Illumina adapters and amplified via PCR system. After library quality control, cDNA library was sequenced using the Illumina platform.
