The expression of NRF2 was activated in human hepatocellular carcinoma. In current study, we observed that in hepatic carcinogen diethylnitrosamine induced liver tumor mouse model, at 36 weeks of age, NRF2 knockout mouse bore less liver tumor incidence than wild type mouse. To reveal the detailed mechanism, RNA-seq experiment was conducted to compare liver tumor transcriptome of NRF2 WT and KO mice. Overall design: Comparison of DEN-induced liver tumor transcriptome in NRF2 WT (3 samples) and NRF2 KO mice (3 samples) at 36 weeks of age.
