Assessment of a novel aquatic mesocosm array for manipulating temporal and spatial temperature variability

We built an aquatic mesocosm array that is designed to independently manipulate temporal and spatial variability in water temperature, and we assessed its performance and consistency via a series of four tests. This repository contains the raw data collected from the tests, code to visualize and analyze those data, and PLC programs used to implement the tests.
