EHPAD GIR point values by department

In accordance with Article R. 314-175 of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles (CASF), the presidents of the departmental councils set each year, by decree, a value called “departmental GIR point” which serves as a reference for the calculation of the global flat-rate dependence of EHPADs. The CNSA collects these values mainly by transmitting the decree of the president of the departmental council or, in some cases, on a declarative basis. In this new publication, the CNSA provides the basis for the GIR point values of the EHPADs set by the departmental councils per year.
