Diplosphaera chodatii CS-1475 Genome sequencing

Although genome sequences of lichenised fungi are increasingly becoming available, genome sequences of microalgae involved in the lichen symbiosis are still sparse. Here, we are presenting a draft genome sequence for the Diplosphaera chodatii, an algal partner of an Australian specimen of the lichenised fungus Endocarpon pusillum.
