Two multi-MW wind turbine blades are aeroelastically tailored using either material bend-twist coupling, or a combination of material and geometric bend-twist coupling. The full wind turbine systems compared against each other using results from DLC 1.2 and DLC 1.4 simulations. Metrics such as fatigue damage equivalent loads, annual energy yield, control parameters and flutter stability are used to provide comparisons
