A Comprehensive Catalog and Database of Tandem Repeats in Mouse Inbred Strains Using Long-Read Sequencing

1. tandem.repeats.catalog.rar contains the tandem repeat (TR) catalog generated using perfect_repeat_finder.py and vclust.

2. s35.tandem.repeats.vcf.gz and s39.tandem.repeats.vcf.gz are TR databases generated using TRGT (v1.3.0) for genotyping and merging. After filtering out non-polymorphic TRs and potential mosaic TRs, the two files represent TR databases based on 35 classical inbred strains and all 39 strains, respectively. C57BL/6 (B6J) was used as the reference strain.
