Optimal Persistence in the p=2 Spherical Spin Glass: System-Size and Temperature Dependence of the Inter-Basin Crossing Rate — revised manuscript, code, and data
收藏资源简介:
Simulation code and data accompanying the article "Optimal Persistence in the p=2 Spherical Spin Glass: System-Size and Temperature Dependence of the Inter-Basin Crossing Rate". The archive contains the LaTeX source of the article (red-marked and clean versions), the point-to-point response to the referee, all six figure PDFs, and the simulation and analysis code together with the underlying data. The study concerns a persistent random walker (mass m, friction gamma, persistence time tau_p = m/gamma) on the GOE quadratic landscape H(x) = -1/2 x^T J x of the p=2 spherical spin glass, and measures the inter-basin crossing rate Gamma(tau_p) between the two minima. Both fixed-temperature canonical Langevin dynamics and microcanonical dynamics pinned to a level set H = E_H are included; the latter locates the topological transition at the saddle energy e_c and supplies an upper bound on the crossing rate above e_c. GOE top-gap statistics from 500 disorder realisations per system size support the N^{-2/3} soft-edge scaling. Each figure is regenerated from the bundled JSON data by the corresponding generate_fig*.py script. All paths are relative; the only dependencies are numpy and matplotlib. README.md, CODE.md and DATA.md in the archive document the package layout, the scripts and the data fields.
