资源简介:
The study investigates microbial and microfaunal diversity in compost systems formulated with varying proportions of locally sourced organic materials, without biological enrichment. Compost samples were collected at defined decomposition stages and analyzed for the presence of bacteria, fungi, protozoa, and nematodes. High-throughput sequencing was applied to characterize bacterial (16S rRNA) and fungal (ITS) communities, providing insight into the structure and dynamics of the compost microfood web. The objective was to document naturally occurring microbial assemblages and assess how compost formulation influences community composition. The resulting sequence data offer a valuable reference for understanding microbial patterns in compost systems and their potential role in soil restoration within tropical agricultural contexts. These sequences also help expand reference databases for soil health monitoring and support the development of low-input, ecologically grounded compost strategies.
