Dataset of Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)

This dataset comprises 163 data processing agreements (DPAs), including 50 DPAs previously studied by Amaral et al. and 113 newly added DPAs. The core focus of this dataset is to analyze the integrity compliance of these DPAs against the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. Additionally, three third-party annotators with legal backgrounds conducted manual analysis on all DPAs in the dataset. The dataset covers contracts across multiple industries, namely taxation, cloud computing services, human resources, data analytics, accounting, auditing, and pension services. The dataset contains a total of 163 DPAs, and the assigned task is to inspect the integrity compliance of these agreements with the GDPR.
