To investigate the gene expression levels of major glomerular cell types in BTBR ob/ob mice and in glomeruli under hyperfiltration Bulk RNA-sequencing of glomerular cell types from BTBR ob/ob and BTBR +/+ mice at three time points (6/12/18 weeks). 本数据集旨在探究BTBR ob/ob小鼠及高滤过状态下肾小球内主要肾小球细胞类群的基因表达水平。我们对来自BTBR ob/ob与BTBR +/+小鼠三个时间节点(6、12、18周)的肾小球细胞类群开展了批量RNA测序(Bulk RNA-sequencing)。实验中,肾小球分别从小鼠离体灌注肾脏(高滤过组)与未灌注肾脏(对照组)中分离得到。针对本次RNA测序数据,我们完成了两项比较基因表达谱分析:其一为同一肾小球细胞类群中BTBR ob/ob小鼠与BTBR +/+小鼠的基因表达对比分析;其二为灌注组与未灌注组肾小球的基因表达谱对比分析。
