Bulk RNA-sequencing of FACS-sorted kidney glomerular cell types from BTBR ob/ob mice and glomeruli isolated from ex vivo perfused kidneys

Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for perfused vs unperfused glomeruli.本数据集旨在探究BTBR ob/ob小鼠及高滤过状态下肾小球内主要肾小球细胞类群的基因表达水平。我们对来自BTBR ob/ob与BTBR +/+小鼠三个时间节点（6、12、18周）的肾小球细胞类群开展了批量RNA测序（Bulk RNA-sequencing）。实验中，肾小球分别从小鼠离体灌注肾脏（高滤过组）与未灌注肾脏（对照组）中分离得到。针对本次RNA测序数据，我们完成了两项比较基因表达谱分析：其一为同一肾小球细胞类群中BTBR ob/ob小鼠与BTBR +/+小鼠的基因表达对比分析；其二为灌注组与未灌注组肾小球的基因表达谱对比分析。
