本数据集主要面向太阳能和风能具有间歇性、随机性和不确定性，这些特性导致发电功率的不稳定性。温度、湿度、风速、太阳辐射和风向等基础气象数据对可再生能源的多能互补是至关重要的。数据集内含一个数据集说明文件，3份研究报告，2个Excel表格，数据均以文件的形式储存，利用Excel或PDF工具进行浏览和分析。

This dataset focuses on scenarios where solar and wind energy exhibit the characteristics of intermittency, randomness and uncertainty, which lead to the instability of power generation output. Basic meteorological data such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, solar radiation and wind direction are crucial for the multi-energy complementarity of renewable energy sources. The dataset includes one dataset description document, three research reports and two Excel spreadsheets. All data are stored in file formats and can be viewed and analyzed using Excel or PDF tools.
