Methylation beta values for iPSC and PBMC samples

Methylation beta values for the manuscript linked here. Methylation beta values were calculated using the R package Meffil for peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and corresponding induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) from individuals in the Genetic and Epigenetic Signatures of Translational Aging (GESTALT) longitudinal study. For samples where multiple clones were generated, we prioritized sample A (if it existed) over sample B.
