Aggregate Source Data and Display-Reproduction Code for "Beyond Previous Preterm Birth: Early-Term History and Subsequent Delivery Timing – A Linked Cohort Study"

This dataset contains publication-facing aggregate source data and display-reproduction code for a linked-delivery cohort study examining how different clinically plausible summaries of recorded previous gestational age retain subsequent delivery-timing distinctions. The final linked longitudinal cohort included 6,654 women; exact current gestational age was available for 6,561 women; the primary analytic population included 6,559 women; and the previous-delivery-mode context analysis included 6,419 women. The package contains aggregate values only and includes no patient-level clinical records, dates, linkage keys, diagnostic text, or direct/indirect identifiers. It supports the main tables and Figures 1–2, five supporting tables, and one supporting figure, and includes Python code to reconstruct manuscript displays from the aggregate CSV source files. The public code does not refit the original patient-level statistical models.
