Nested parcellations connectome delivered for one large dataset using Constellation algorithm (v1.0)

Human Brain Project aims to decrease the gap between microscopic and macroscopic features of the brain, by defining the structure of a multiscale connectome and its inherent variability between individuals. One of the components of this target connectome is the structural connectivity induced by millions of white-matter fibers linking regions across the brain, that diffusion MRI can highlight. With the potential of the large Human Connectome Project dataset and the innovative algorithm Constellation, we first constructed an adequate structural connectome atlas and then obtained individual parcellations and connectomes for each individual of the dataset by applying a projection method.
