Influence of different substrates on bacterial communities around coral reefs

Bacterial communities in sediments play a vital role in marine ecosystems, as well as coral reef habitats. As increasing pollution in coastal areas, there could be a shift in the bacterial structure of the benthic environment. We surveyed bacterial composition from different substrates around coral reefs from Daya Bay, South China Sea.
