RNA-sequencing of genetically engineered intestinal organoid lines modeling colorectal cancer (CRC) progression

To characterize the transcriptional changes acorss the CRC malignancy continum, wild type organoids (WT), ApcKO (A) and ApcKO::KrasG12D::Smad4KO::Trp53KO (AKSP) tumoroids were subjected to bulk RNA_seq. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from mRNA-seq of the indicated organoid lines. Overall design: Wild type intestinal organoids (WT), ApcKO (A) and ApcKO::KrasG12D::Smad4KO::Trp53KO (AKSP) tumoroids were collected for RNA extraction when they reached confluence.
