This dataset contains anonymized genotype and demographic data used in the study entitled “Association between USP6NL polymorphisms and Parkinson’s disease in Northern Chinese Han population: A case-control study”. The dataset includes genotype information for USP6NL polymorphisms rs61844597 and rs73569171 in Parkinson’s disease patients and healthy controls from the Northern Chinese Han population.
