Housing Cascade

This work seeks to provide an experimental self-service way of retrieving population and housing estimates for custom geographies that may not conform to known city boundaries. Further, it removes reliance on potentially outdated decennial Census data that is unavailable at granularity for more recent intercensal years. While estimate quality is inferior to regionally trained models using locally relevant data, it allows a broader range of consumers to access information that may assist their operations.
