Public contracts concluded in 2021 – City of Clermont-Ferrand

This dataset provides access to data concerning public contracts concluded by the City of Clermont-Ferrand, for the year 2021 the value of which is equal to or greater than EUR 25000 excluding VAT. This dataset respects the main principles of the Common Local Data Pillar: Public contracts shall each be presented by its identifier number, the buyer’s identifier, the nature of the contract, a summary description of the subject matter of the contract or lot, the procurement procedure used, the initial duration of the contract, and the lump sum or estimated maximum amount HT. The data update is annual for a period from 01 January to 31 December of each year. Articles R. 2196-1 and R. 3131-1 of the Code provide that local authorities, on their buyer profile, must offer free, direct and complete access to essential public procurement data meeting a need of EUR 25000 or more, excluding VAT. Annex 15 to the Code version 22 March 2019 on the essential data of the public order sets out a specific list of essential data for each type of contract, public procurement and concession contracts, as well as the formats and modalities for the publication of such data.
