This dataset contains a whole brain reconstruction of a wild-type mouse cleared with the iDISCO method (Renier et al. Cell, 2014), stained against Ctip-2 targeting developing neurons, and imaged with a custom Light-Sheet Fluorescence Microscope (Silvestri et al, Nature Methods, 2021) at an original resolution of 0.5 x 0.5 x 2 μm. The image uploaded here was downscaled to an isotropic resolution of 10.4 x 10.4 x 10.4 μm.
