“Changes of nitrous oxide dynamics induced by typhoons: a case in Zhanjiang bay, China” data

Zhanjiang Bay is located in the northwest of the South China Sea (SCS), a region frequently affected by typhoons. According to previous statistics, Zhanjiang Bay experiences an average of 10 direct or indirect typhoon hits per year (Chen et al., 2021), making it an ideal study area for exploring nitrogen cycling in marine ecosystems after typhoons. To deepen our understanding of marine nitrogen cycling and the impact of typhoons on global climate change, this study systematically discusses and analyses variations in Zhanjiang Bay after typhoons. This study aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the response of marine nitrogen cycling to typhoons.
