Land use – Flanders – 2022 state
收藏资源简介:
This map shows the actual land use for each 10 m cell within the Flemish Region, for status year 2022. The concept of land use refers to the actual use of the land for specific human activities such as housing, industry and services, recreation, etc. or crops, such as arable, grazing, etc. or natural vegetation, such as forest, shrubs, etc. The actual land use of a site is not necessarily identical to the legal planning use of this site. Land may be used as settlement areas, but effectively used as grassland or arable land. This map does not contain information on the planning destination. The actual land use, as shown in this map, has been compiled on the basis of the 4 data levels of the ‘land use stock 2022’. In particular, this is done by combining and aggregating a number of categories from the different data levels of this land use file. For more details on the creation of the underlying ‘land use file’ (with 4 data levels) and the composition of this resulting land use map, please refer to the technical report ‘Poelmans Lien, Janssen Liliane, Hambsch Lorenz (2023), Land use and land take in Flanders, state 2022, carried out on behalf of the Flemish Planning Bureau for Environment’, which you can find at https://archief.onderzoek.omgeving.vlaanderen.be/Onderzoek-6426438
