This repository contains the GL261 tumor parental vs. Gpnmb KO single-cell RNA-seq dataset. The release includes a sparse cell-by-gene count matrix in Matrix Market format, barcode and feature tables, harmonized cell-level meta data,and seurat object.
The dataset comprises 12,720 cells across 7 libraries and 31,257 genes. Libraries include 3 WT samples, 2 Gpnmb knockout samples, and 2 PBS/sham control samples. There are 9,809 tumor cells, 2,128 immune cells, and 783 other cells, enabling comparison of malignant and non-malignant compartments within the tumor-side microenvironment.
This resource is intended to support reproducible analysis of transcriptional differences associated with Gpnmb loss in the GL261 model, as well as downstream comparison of tumor and myeloid populations.
