Metagenome sample of hot spring located in Rupite, Bulgaria. Three different layers, with temperature gradient from surface to bottom were sampled. Layeres are: top light green layer (40 degrees), dark green layer (43 degrees) and thick bottom red/orange layer (48.5 degrees).
