Test clustered weather dataset for s2spy workflow

This dataset contains sea surface temperature (SST) over the Pacific and clustered 2 meter temperature (T2M) over North America. It is used in the example workflow of s2spy/lilio packages. The fields used here are processed outputs from the original ERA5 dataset.
