This dataset is primarily applied to business scenarios involving visual quality inspection and quality determination for ABS housing products of Jiaqin Precision after injection molding. As key structural and cosmetic components of end products, the surface quality of ABS housings directly impacts the assembly reliability, operational safety and market acceptance of the finished products. By quantitatively recording, calculating and analyzing typical injection molding visual defects such as scratches, shrinkage marks, flow marks and burn marks, this dataset is used to establish a data-driven visual quality determination and management system. In practical applications, this dataset can support comparative analysis of visual defect performance across different production batches, molds and injection molding machines, identify high-incidence defect patterns and their potential causes, and provide data support for production process adjustment, mold maintenance and quality improvement. Meanwhile, through long-term statistical analysis of the comprehensive visual defect index, it can be used to establish internal enterprise visual quality grading standards, and support managerial decisions such as visual quality trend monitoring, abnormal batch identification and quality risk early warning. This application scenario emphasizes the value of visual inspection data in quality analysis and decision support, rather than only retaining it as inspection records.
