Twenty-four adult female mice (7-week-old) were randomly divided into four groups (6 mice per group). Control group(CK) was fed commercial diet and drinking water. was fed CuCl3-added added drinking water at the level of 50 mg/kg[15]. Hg group(Hg) was fed commercial diet -added drinking water at the level of 33.36mg/kg and the need of the mice experiment in toxicology[16]. Cu+Hg group (CH) was fed CuCl3 + HgCl2-added drinking water at the level of half Cu and Hg group a liter. tract was removed under sterile conditions and was collected in tubes.
