Study Goals and Relevance:This dataset provides raw RNA sequencing data generated from osteosarcoma cells to investigate molecular mechanisms underlying cellular dedifferentiation and pulmonary metastasis. Sarcospheres (dedifferentiated state) and adherent residual cells (differentiated state) were analyzed to identify key regulators of cytoskeletal remodeling and stemness acquisition.
