These volumes provide a record of the treatment of patients from admission to discharge. The following information is included: date of medical examination; name of patient; age; history and symptoms; treatment administered; date discharged; diet and extra allowances. From NRS-5019-1-[11/2163]-[13] (February 1902) the volumes are of a slightly different format but give similar information.The entries are chronological by date of admission with alphabetical indexes in the front of each volume.
