Agreste — Supply balance sheets

As an instrument for the management of agricultural markets and Community agricultural policy, supply balance sheets are drawn up by all the Member States of the European Union. The balance sheet, expressed in quantities, describes the balance of resources (start stocks, usable production, imports) and uses (exports, domestic uses, final stocks) for a given product. It makes it possible, in particular, to determine the apparent annual consumption per capita of the main foodstuffs and to monitor their evolution. Products: Cereals, rice, potatoes, protein crops
