The datas corresponds to 16S rDNA sequencing of beef meat. Two type of storage were tested (professionnal -A and consummer -B) for a natural matrix innoculated with a strain of Hafnia alvei (S1), another strain of Hafnia alvei (S2) or not innoculated (control).
