Transcriptional profiling of mouse aorta after deletion of BMP9 and BMP10

Aorta was isolated from ANF-Cre positive/BMP10 loxP/loxP/BMP9-/- (BMP9/10 dKO) mice. ANF-Cre negative BMP10 loxP/loxP mice were used as controls. Transcritional profiling was performed to understand the impact of BMP9/10 expression on aorta function. microarray profiling, genotype design本研究从ANF-Cre阳性、BMP10基因loxP位点纯合（BMP10 loxP/loxP）且BMP9基因全身性敲除纯合（BMP9-/-）的BMP9/10双敲除（BMP9/10 dKO）小鼠中分离主动脉；以ANF-Cre阴性、BMP10 loxP/loxP小鼠作为对照。为探究BMP9/10表达对主动脉功能的影响，本研究采用微阵列转录谱（microarray profiling）分析技术开展转录组分析，实验设计包含基因型构建（genotype design）环节。
