示范工程位于甘肃省白银市东大沟上游流域,示范面积50亩,采用了铁锰氧化菌生物矿化钝化技术。修复效果的评价委托第三方机构分别对修复前和修复后的地块进行了评估,采样布设参考《农田土壤环境质量监测技术规范》(NY/T 395-2012)、《土壤环境监测技术规范》(HJ/T 166-2004)和《耕地污染治理效果评价准则》(NY/T 3343-2018),根据示范工程场地实际情况,利用网格法等方法,布置土壤采样点,确定采样点的空间分布和采样深度。土壤样品采用人工钻进行采集,每个采样点设置3处分样点。采样时,地块种植有农作物的,同时按照土壤和植物一对一进行植物样品的采集。样品检测主要涉及重金属的含量测定。示范工程建设前测定的指标包括土壤中Cd、Pb和As的总量和生物可利用态含量。重金属重度污染示范工程生物可利用态Cd和Pb采用0.01M氯化钙浸提法,执行《全国土壤污染状况详查土壤样品分析测试方法技术规定》,生物可利用态As采用DTPA浸提法,执行《全国土壤污染状况详查土壤样品分析测试方法技术规定》;作物测定可食部位重金属的含量。示范工程建设后测定的指标包括土壤中生物可利用态Cd、Pb和As的含量,测定方法同上;同时测定作物可食部位重金属的含量。

The demonstration project is located in the upper reaches of the Dongdagou Basin, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, covering a demonstration area of 50 mu, and adopts the biomineralization passivation technology of iron-manganese oxidizing bacteria. The evaluation of the remediation effect was commissioned to a third-party institution to assess the plots before and after remediation separately. The sampling arrangement referred to the Technical Specifications for Environmental Quality Monitoring of Farmland Soil (NY/T 395-2012), Technical Specifications for Soil Environmental Monitoring (HJ/T 166-2004) and Guidelines for Evaluation of Cultivated Land Pollution Control Effects (NY/T 3343-2018). Based on the actual conditions of the demonstration project site, soil sampling points were arranged via methods including the grid method, and the spatial distribution and sampling depth of each sampling point were determined. Soil samples were collected using manual soil drills, with three sub-sampling points set at each sampling site. For plots with growing crops during sampling, plant samples were collected in a one-to-one match with their corresponding soil samples. Sample detection mainly focused on the determination of heavy metal contents. The indicators measured prior to the construction of the demonstration project included the total contents and bioavailable fractions of Cd, Pb and As in the soil. For the severely heavy metal contaminated plots in this project, the bioavailable fractions of Cd and Pb were extracted using the 0.01M calcium chloride extraction method, complying with the Technical Regulations for Analytical Testing Methods of Soil Samples from the National Soil Pollution Detailed Survey; the bioavailable fractions of As were extracted using the DTPA extraction method, also following the aforementioned Technical Regulations. The contents of heavy metals in the edible parts of crops were also determined. The indicators measured after the completion of the demonstration project included the bioavailable fractions of Cd, Pb and As in the soil, using the same determination methods as above; the contents of heavy metals in the edible parts of crops were additionally determined.
