*After two hours of TrisHCl additionThe percent mass represents the amount of mass of the molecule with the hydrodynamic radius obtained. Measurements were carried out with the protein dissolved in ultra-pure water or in different Tris-HCl pH 8.0 concentrations (0.5, 2.0, 5.0, 10.0, and 20.0 mM). In the case of the solutions containing buffer, the data were obtained immediately after the Tris-HCl pH 8.0 addition and two hours later.
