CBX2.1 is an important gene for human sex development. It has been identified as an important factor involved in differences of sex development (DSD), through a 46,XY girl with double heterozygous variants. In order to gain further insights into the role of CBX2.1 in human sex development, we performed CBX2.1 overexpression and CBX2.1 knockout using siRNA, in human Sertoli-like cells (NT2-D1).
