Jurisprudence available for public access on the websites of state courts and the Federal District, related to the demands of children and adolescents for health technologies within the unified health system (SUS), adjudicated between march 1, 2014, and February 28, 2020.

Based on publicly accessible jurisprudence on the websites of State Courts and the Federal District, demands related to children and adolescents seeking health technologies within the scope of the Unified Health System (SUS) were examined. The period of analysis encompassed decisions rendered between March 1, 2014, and February 28, 2020. For quantitative analysis, the inclusion criteria were determined by considering all available summaries for public consultation, as well as the complete decisions during the specified timeframe. The keywords used for the search were "children and adolescents" and "supply of medications" or "health treatment," limited to the fields of Judgments and Monocratic Decisions. Duplicated summaries, incomplete information, and complete decisions unavailable or subject to legal confidentiality were excluded from the research.
