Trial-Level data of "Confidently Neutral: Cognitive States of Neutrality in Auditory Perceptual Decisions"

This repository contains the pre-processed trial-level data from Experiments 1, 2, and 3 associated with the project "Confidently Neutral: Cognitive States of Neutrality in Auditory Perceptual Decisions" by Kallfaß et al. (2026). For each experiment, three datasets are provided (data, data_all, and summary), containing trial-level data and summary information. The experiments investigate how participants make perceptual decisions under uncertainty, with the particular focus on the distinction between continued information gathering and the decision to suspend judgment.
