The dataset has been generated using terahertz absorption spectroscopy. The reflection absorption data were obtained from terahertz metamaterials on top of which the cells are placed. Each row in the file corresponds to the absorption spectrum obtained from one specimen. The last column is about the specimen label. The dataset contains 1,512 different observations, each with 1,001 absorption data points for various types of cells. The 1512 observations made were for varying specimen sizes and for six different types of cells.
