资源简介:
The aim of this study was to characterise the composition, expression profile, and functions of stromal cells, including fibroblasts, endothelial cells, pericytes, and smooth muscle cells, in the healthy mouse colon and small intestine. This data are expected to provide information on stromal cell functions in intestinal homeostasis and can be used as control for different murine intestinal disorders, such as inflammation and cancer. Overall design: Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) was performed to characterize the transcriptional heterogeneity of normal colon and small intestinal. 10X Chromium Next GEM Single Cell 3' Kit v3.1 sequencing was performed at live stromal cells that were isolated by FACS sorting after the exclusion of epithelial and immune cells.
