资源简介:
To identify cellular pathways altered in autophagy-deficient macrophages during M. tuberculosis infection, we performed 3' Tag-RNA-seq on RNA harvested from Atg5fl/fl LysMcre+/+, Atg16L1fl/fl LysMcre+/+ and Atg7fl/fl LysMcre+/+ mouse bone marrow derived macrophages, and their respective LysMwt/wt control cells, both after 48 hours of infection with M. tuberculosis Erdman and or in mock-infection controls. RNA was harvested from Atg5fl/fl, Atg16L1fl/fl, Atg7fl/fl, Atg5fl/fl LysMcre+/-, Atg16L1fl/fl LysMcre+/-, Atg7fl/fl LysMcre+/-, Atg5fl/fl LysMcre+/+, Atg16L1fl/fl LysMcre+/+ and Atg7fl/fl LysMcre+/+ bone-marrow derived macrophages either infected for 48 hours with M. tuberculosis Erdman or mock-infected. Samples were analyzed from 3 independent biological replicates. contributor: UC Davis Genome Center DNA Technologies and Expression Analysis Core
