Throughout the Antarctic campaign on board the BIO Hespérides centered on the latitudinal gradient of the Antarctic Peninsula, a total of 9 diving samples and 1 Van Been dredge sample have been carried out in the towns of King George, Ronge, Palmer, Rothera , Yalour, Deception and Livingston to obtain the following samples: 113u starfish (Diplasteria sp. and Lysasterias sp.) and 25u isopod crustaceans (Serolidae sp.) for genetic analysis, 15u sponges (Dendrilla antarctica) and 30u nudibranchs (Doris kerguelensis and Charcotia granulosa) for in situ experimentation on climate change and subsequent chemical analysis in the laboratory.
