Dataset on Ex Officio Investigations at the Brazilian Supreme Federal Court (2019–2024): Anonymized Ethical Database

This dataset contains anonymized data on ex officio investigations initiated by the Brazilian Supreme Federal Court (STF) between 2019 and 2024. The database was independently compiled, structured, and curated by Ana Maria Galbier for academic and scientific research purposes. All personal identifiers and sensitive information were removed to ensure ethical compliance and data protection. The dataset aims to support empirical research on judicial behavior, procedural duration, institutional transparency, and constitutional practices within the Brazilian judiciary. This anonymized database is made openly available to promote transparency, reproducibility, and open science.
