资源简介：
Nuclear NFκB trajectories in csv format for each experimental condition. First three letters of document name code for stimulus (e.g. PIC = Poly(I:C)). Next two letters code for polarization (e.g. ib = IFNβ, no code is M0). Final number (1 or 2) gives replicate number. Zipped folders contain calculated QC metrics and informative feature values using same naming conventions. Time series data and features also provided for DHA pretreated cells stimulated with Pam3CSK (P3K_DHA).
