Tumor cell intrinsic RIG-I activation is sufficient to drive immune mediated tumor rejection

Tumor microenvironment (TME) is key in cancer development. Rencently strategies focus on activation of the innate immune response to enhance the immunesurveillance. Here, we analyse how activation of the nucleic acid sensor RIG-I modifies the tumor cells transcriptome.
