资源简介:
Streptococcus agalactiae, a commensal of the human gut and genitourinary tracts, is a major pathogen responsible for neonatal diseases in which the most frequent form of infection is vertical transmission from mother to child. Here, comparative genomics analyses were performed on 47 GBS strains obtained from 19 different pairs of infected neonates and their mothers.
